The Company is responsible from the receptionist right through to the workshop and management.

Any little upset from any department within a company can deter a customer ever returning back.

The moral and approach with all company employees should be that every customer is the most important customer.

In the end of the day the customer ensures that all employees receives pay checks and indirectly the customer is our boss. 

Customers are always right and we should cherish each and every one !!!
