There is many ways to identify weaknesses in your customers' experience. one of the simple ways is through a survey, asking your customers questions to get some feedback.

 

Another way that takes more time, is A/B testing. were you product two same products but each one with different features, and different experiences, with this method you can measure which product that gained more attention and better feedback from your customers.
