I DON'T THINK SO,GENDER IS NOT AT ALL AN ISSUE,IT DEPENDS UPON HIS OR HER OWN LEVEL OF CAPABILITY AND UNDERSTATNDING LEVELS.
Not so. Al depends on the knowledge and the way how they use analytical thinking .
Operations work is more determine and focused jobrole, females in interim level shows more determine and focused towards work then male..however experience of person makes them efficient and superior then other individual
I am of the opinion that both are equally capable of handling their profession. Even if there is a variation, there can be various factors for it and the cons of an individual can be converted to ones strength by self-development and guidance.
I can only speak about interns/entry-level workers: I noticed women underestimate their own value so tend to work harder. They also seem (at least in Saudi), to be more vocal about their questions, and more explicit about their activities, which all lead to more communication efficiency.
