For a company the product is their reputation its performance or quality is the brand success. so as company from supply chain it should be well aware about of its product harness and advantage and to keep the standard quality and also safety measures guidelines of the country the product is supplied. Awareness about market requirements and moving trends also to update the products and improving the Quality and standard. The key department in a company should be linked to each other as per the operation chain and to play vital role to avoid product harm and product recall. 

Inventory deapartment - to control and keep the stock updated avoiding product expiry / product damages / product shortage studying and to be aware of market strategy and requirement.

Procurement department : to overlook the updated stock analyzing and procuring as per the market requirement and request avoiding risk with bulk purchase and stocks.

Supply department : the department should be able to handle the product preservation and logistics to be done to deliver on time as per the international standard safety guidelines to avoid harm , deter or recall of products from the customer.

Sales department : to know well about the product and the Market and where the product to be sold out with moderated risk to avoid heavy loss.
