I think the best is to give your cv to manpower agency, or google jobs in UAE or Qatar. I would start with Automobiles dealerships in this region which mostly are under big group holdings, call them up and ask to whom you can send your cv or under which group are they (online submissions aren't always reliable) Then I would go to banks and do the same, Public relation, marketing and media agencies as well.... Best is to get a SKYPE account and put on some credit to call to this region for it to be cheaper calls...Hope this helps :)

First of all, I would like to mention that if you are in UAE already and possess a valid UAE driving license, it makes lot of difference in finding sales & marketing jobs in UAE or any middle east market.
In case, you are not in UAE and would like to enter with a job then I would suggest you to please go through the Job Portals, find advertisements and based on their advertisement take the e-mail addresses and Telephone numbers of companies HR and then directly mail them and call them, in that case, you are in direct contact with company HRs and chances are much higher.
Last thing you can try is, ask your relatives or friends who resides their in UAE to send a visit visa, in that case you can attend interviews directly and can get shortlisted.
