Hi Kamran Hyder, I use Adobe Photoshop CS5 to make Animated GIF.
Hi Mohsen Ahmad Alshammri, FYI - Adobe Image Ready is outdated program now.
I would suggest you to start using latest version of Adobe Photoshop.
In the "Window" Menu you can find "Animation" option.

there's many software's but the famous one is Adobe image ready.
and u can export any art work from graphics software as < export gif
