What certificates you think IT ( Information Technology )should have ?

CCNA, Linux and MCITP

IT is a Global Word, Because the IT consist of a lot of specializations:
1- Programming.
2- Database.
3- Networking.
4- Graphic.
5- Web Designing.
6- .....etc Every Section of those has its own certificate, as I am in the network field and if you are interested in that field, you may go for Cisco to have CCNA , CCNP, & CCIE, these3 certificates are common for more than one tracks (Ex.
Routing and Switching, Security, Voice, Wireless, Data Center).
On the other hand you can go for Microsoft MCITP..
etc.
Some people are mixing between Cisco and Microsoft..

Microsoft Field is Good, For Basic employees/students need MCITP and also must have knowledge about Server2012..

It depends what field you are in.
Within service delivery ITIL, CCNA and Microsoft certification are valued.
In the Architecture field, TOGAF is frequently requested.
In Project Management, PMBOK, PRINCE and COBIT are popular.
