I agree with Ajith. Differentiation of Sales Manager and Sales Account manager depends on whether the sales person has an open ground or has he been given fixed set of accounts to nurture and get business from.
In both the prime responsibility is of sales. Focus areas will be different on the type of customers to be addressed.
