In some compensation policy, if an employee does not follow the safety and health normative,a percentage of a table is removed.

For example:

Failure to comply with policy:15% off

Second failure to comply with policy:40% off

Single negligent accident:25% off ...

In some companies, when it implanted; workers were angry, but greatly increases safety
