Of course, I strongly believe that the training is a requirement and continious process at any level whether individual is junior or senior. Due to the change environment in today’s context, may be in social or technological, one has to keep him/her aware with the changes/latest and adjust accordingly. If the seniors are not updated with the latest, it will be a difficult task to run the subordinates correctly. Therefore, training is a tool to give solutions to any problem at any adverse situation.
