Failing to define your objectives means strategy fail by default . Do you agree?

I don't think so. A good effectively implemented strategy will get you where you wnated to go, so it will not fail, it will just get you to wrong position.

On the other hand, things should not get that bad before we find out. Strategies and goals are dynamic objects which should be evaluated periodically against actual results and changing assumptions. If that is actively pursued we should be able to identify problems eralier on and correct them before we get to the wrong position.

Definitely YES.  Strategies are custom-made processes to achive an objective. So no Objective = No Strategy

Ofcourse Yes. If a person is confused and doesn't able to define its objective then their is no chance of success.

Totally Agree that A strategy is depend upon Plaining , Oragninzing , Controlling , Leading other wise u mentioned objective strategy badly failed / flop.

Yes. There is no chance to build a strategy if you don't have a clear objective.
