Rational;y experience but in practical world people choose some less rational decisions. But it cant be completely opposite some expertise must be there.
Of course , it must be by experience, but unfortunately I see many people hiring by nationality and good
talents are left behind.
By the way we shall unduerstand that the interview is a two-way process. The quality of the interviewer who is going to make the selection usually affects the decision positively and sometimes negatively.
If the interveiwer is week educationally or feeling lack of job security the inclination on selection may go to selecting the weekest applicants instead of the best for the job.
It all depends on the strngth of the organizational leadership to inforce the right recruitment and selection process for the organization and for its better future.
Education, Experience and Personality is always consider in all company on international basis. But the problem is the Human Resource Department personnel. It is most common now a days many of them are racist, people who got the most of everything are western countries or caucasians and other known countries.
