This question is for all job specialties and job roles..What are YOU the Employers are looking for when you are choosing a candidate ?
In my opinion the expertise of a person required is a first priority goal, the cost for acquiring is a luxury facility, and in some cases can be said to be a second priority as to set lowest budget. Moreover the relevant experience and person fitting for the exact requirement is an asset, whatsoever the nationality.
However in different scenarios the priorities change as mentioned below,
1. The questions answer near a small entrepreneur is to go for the expertise priority and for a person present in the local area, regardless of Nationality difference.
2. For a Medium sized enerpise it can be acquired from accross the nation and can be of any nationality, as the concern for the Job role priority is more than other priorites.
3. And finally in a large or Multi National Enterprise the Nationality is considered as a least concern.
It merely depends on the Reqruitor's aspect of Selections or Hiring .No of Hiring Managers are favouring the Certain People from certain Domecile / Faith and within their Networks .Now a days it seems or Realized by the No of Job-seekers that their aquirred Knowledge /Skills have no important but Your Net-work decides whether You are suitable or not for the Work .
This proved the entire scientific selection Procedures in to ashes.Reqruitors are collecting the huge data bank of the CVs but they only recommands the Job-seekers Who paid their charges .
This is not only experience to me as a Job-seeker but felt by no of Job-seekers.
This also affected to the Employers who paid to this biased reqruitors to get the Right person but inturns they hire the candidate who is suitable to the supplier's criteria not of the Employer .
