Hi Freinds

 

The Bigest Challange in making a budget is the availability of actual Data.

 

I would say the First Year budget for any New company is the Most Challanging one.

 

A good forecasting is key to a good budget . ( for New Companies I will recomend Zero Base Budgeting )
