It is important that you work towards "positive outcomes" for all the students in the school, school after all is a transition into adult life, work/career, family etc. I would suggest the following:
1. Keep them safe.
2. Keep them healthy.
3. Help them to contribute in all aspects of school life not just the classroom.
4. Help them to achieve and reach their full potential.
5. Guide them towards economic/financial stability.
6. Provide them with a role model. Teach them to respect others whilst having self respect. As a role model demonstrate integrity. patience, understanding and be sympathetic to their needs.
7. Teach them to the very best of your ability.
Help them to become responsible citizens but do so in a caring and age appropriate environment.
Everyone in every school has one main goal, to ensure that each and every student receives the best education possible to reach his/her full potential.
The duties of teachers in private schools are very important because a teacher is the backbone of society . he gives suitable knowledge to childern and develop their carachters.
it's based on the school you work for. For me, it doesn't differ from any governmental school
