What are the differences between the actual the Quality management system (ISO 9001 version 2008) and the expected version (ISO 9001 version 2015)?

how it will reflect on the business?

basically this:

Preventive action is replaced by Risk Management (you could read ISO31000)  - Thank goodness for that - 

The above is the most important thing, the next I don't think it make much a difference fromM ISO9001:2008 but here is the most important changes: 

Focus on Leadership and people involvement.

Process approach is now a requirements

In the introductions The8 principles are now7 (relationship management instead of mutually beneficial supplier relationship and the system approach principle has been deleted because the ISO is the system.

 

But i would not be concerned about the draft, everything can be subject to change

- Scope of quality management system will be obligatory in the new version.

- The same risk management will be added to while preventive actions will be no more in the version.

- The defition for production is now replaced with goods and services.

Business community and costumers are always interested in the latest version of quality system. And it is also compulsory for a buisiness to implement the latest version who have adopted the previous version of ISO QMS.
