while television addiction may not seem too dangerous it often has the symptoms of other addictions. mainly ailienation from family and changes in lifestyle that can be damaging to health. The best way to overcome such a difficult lifestyle addiction is to set boundaries for the addicted person. While getting away from all devices with screens is almost impossible, the addicted person can limit his or her screen time to a set amount daily that reduces per month. for example the first month could be5 hours daily. after several months the individual may be down to40 minutes a day.

Ok watching TV at a safe distance will not damage your eyes first to understand the correct distance normally it will state this in the manual but if not then rule of thumb is3 to4m away. TV is a wonderful way of receiving information but more often then not, its good at giving the wrong information too. To cut down reduce the length of time you watch TV by10mins each day then when you arrive at30mins of TV. Then do something else read a book ,cook, run or swim.

try to do something valuable. U can go walking or jogging to make your body strong and physically fit. And listening to the music with soft sound it will help stress out
