Customer service is a mean through which u make effort to make customer satisfied. In other words the customer satisfaction is depends upon the standard of services that a company provide him/her through his services. As  high standard of customer serives, more customer will be satisfed.

in my opinion custommer service is just to serve the the custommer and fullfill his demand does not makes him your regular custommer, but when a custommer is served upto his satisfaction he becomes your prmanent custommer and could be a chain for more buisness for you.

Customer service is meeting and exceeding the needs of the clients according to the specifications from your companies management. We each have our own flair that we add to customer service making it personalized.

 

Customer satisfaction comes after you (the business representative) has provided the customer "service"meeting their needs. The customer has their agenda of what customer satisfaction is. Some expect smiles and their request to be quickly completed.
