Do your job as best as you can, you are gaining experience every minute in good and bad conditions you are learning how to handle the job tasks & pressure, put always in your mind you have been hired & get paid for job to do it in the best way what ever the situation & job conitions

You should do your job as per your duty and if there is any new better opportunity is available then it will make easy choice to move for you. Also determine whether your manager is not cooperating with you personally or professionally. In both cases you can disclose the fact infront of the higher management whenever the chance is available and if just personally then you can also get rid of him after switching your job but you should not show from your behaviour directly that you are feeling worst because of him as this leads to the negative impact. Your higher management can never agree that they would have been made any mistake by appointing such person as your manager and you can only convince them on the basis of reasons. But the best way is this that you would try to seek some new job as it is very difficult to work with mantally ill people and this meant to tease yourself only if you do not.

Perhaps there seems to be disparity in mutual agreement on the job content between the two. Set right the expectations by re-discussing the issue and mutually agreeing on it. Ensure that the agreed task is quantifiable, time bound and measurable. This then to a very large extent  would leave no scope for disagreements.

If your manager is not cooperating just focus on your job do not get distracted by his attitude because at the end of the day he is still your manager but If you will perform good even If he is not cooperating you will end up improving yourself and reach a better opprtunity when the time comes for you to level up. :-) Always love your job and do not let others ruin your dedication to work because your job is a reflection of your personality.
