due to the ether channelling on one side and left the other side , and packet loss, due to high protocol used in low series router or switch. or configure between router and server . due to that the communictaion is going slow, or taking time to transfer and if time is over to retransmit the packet cause slow intra and intervlan connectivity, may cause router1 and router2 and router3 if router one has ether channel one side and attach to router2 is complete ether channel and router to router3 ether channel is not happen cause also slow connectivity between intra vlan and intervlan connectivity.
I have face this problem myself with some network application, but the problem was a domain problem, we fixed it by wiriting the Server IPs in the "hosts" file in each client in the domain.
