I am always early to work, my motto is: "10 minutes before the10 minutes before!" In this way I have time to go over the day's programme and catch up on emails. I try to work to a standard that is above and beyond that expected and I don't leave until everything is finished, generally speaking that normally is never very late as my prior planning affords me some "slack" in the day to tie up any loose ends. Before I leave I always ask my College Principle if there is anything else that he needs doing before I depart.
