To gain the market share first of all, i will target the bottom3 players with their5P's analysis to takeover their share.

At the same time lean the key strength's of  top two Market Leader's and develop future stratergies accordingly for further gain in the market.   

it challanging work for sale team to drive sale in market even if we have many compititor. fous on sale and and our customer service make sure the product are deliverd on time as per customer requirment .

as well as we have to look loop hole area of our compititor what that do in market.

First I will target the same price product with proper stratagies finding the strength and loop holes of competitors, and after that we can target the less price competitors by finding there loop holes.
