As a teacher, What extra curricular activities have you been involved in at your school, including any clubs you have sponsored?

I always prefer activities which develop interpersonal skills of the students by polishing their natural attributes. Some students are fond of writing, others love to sing, some are good in drawing and yet others are excellent in Qirat and so on. 

I have been guiding the Writer's Club with a magazine, Arts club with different types of drawings and Science models, Debating club for oral activities. 

I observed the students participating in these clubs became better in the studies than non participants.
