ERP Carrier Enhancement

Dear Team, I had more than5 years of experience in IT. And in all total I had more than7 years of experience. In this many years I had handled many position as EDP Executive, Customer Support, Implementation & Training Executive, Head of Implementation & Training Team all in ERP and school domain. Now want to explore more on ERP in senior level please advice what best can be done?

ERPs simply encode business processes. I suggest that you start learning what are business processes and thier automation. Start with the fields which you have basic knowledge about (such as accounting, manufcaturing, performanc management, strategy impementation, etc.)

Hi, From my point of view if you want to advance, you have to be more specialized.
For example determine if you want to continue as a functional consultant or technical consultant, or a project manager.
Note that project management is not higher than consulting, it is just a different role with different advantage s and disadvantages.
And if you want to act as a consultant, determine your business area where you can achieve success; then start building your business knowledge and application knowledge in this area Example areas such as (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Enterprise performance and BI, Development,..) .
