It did happen to me when i tried to add one skill in Arabic and it translated it to English. I guess they do know what keywords drive more business to their website. The keyword Digital Marketing and E-Marketing are very common in UAE and Egypt but not in Saudi and Qatar or United States. So have some type of Alias system built , it helps BAYT.COM boost their ranking in search engines to service a better business goal.
