This is very important question for our work We should learn the professional thinking for solving problems to be professional in our work
my classes pupils will break into their native language, or even use coloqulisms to answer questions. So using this as a postive, I would ask them to repeat the sentence in English. We then worked together on how we perfect the sentence, using different forms, eventually leading me back to the point. I even get a discussion going amongst them, asking them to teach me the correct traslation in English. This creates a great sense of excitement amongst them, in an effort to provide the perfect answer. There doesn't need to be punishment, as it's all a contribution to the class, we need to reward contributions.
By telling yourself that the problem at hand is not your personal problem but the organization's problem and you are only contributing to the solution and not making the solution on your own.
It is quite simple. Just do practice and take online quiz easily available on internet. Just google it and you will find online quiz u take quiz and your problem is solved
I have a3-level rule of work to solving any problem;
-1 - Isolate the problem: Every problem comes to alter a running process and this, we do not want to happen.
-2 - Continue the initial process: Once you have been able to isolate the problem, do not disturb your initial process, let it keep running unhindered.
-3 - Alternatives: Begin deploying resources to finding alternatives on how best to address the problem.
It is important not to allow the problem affect the process at hand. Key to any professional is to get the task done, so when a problem comes to alter the process to getting that Job done (which happens often), you ensure you do not lose focus on the ball. At this point, different skills are at play - Critical Thinking, Multitasking, Networking etc.
