My recommendation not to focus in specific location rather than the position
I think that you need extra knowledge in management topics as a horizontal level.
I think that I am really on the right track but want the channel which will lead me to my target (PMO manager in Dubai).
As I might have told you before, I didn't have a chance to work in Dubai baefore and therefore I cant provide you with any contacts. I suggest that you continue building your network and visit other sites like Jobrapido which concentrate on job opprtunities in Dubai. Good Luck.
I am sure you know yourself more than others deep inside you , also you can't put your eyes in one place but you search your job any place any where.

but i think your targeted position is PMO manager is wanted at all countries included Dubai ;so you do not warry and beleif ALLAH and ALLAH does not forget you
