Client is boss of sales maket, and every clients has its own way of liking the communication medium. Keeping all the above in mind Face to face meetings give at par with the expectaion of a client needs. It is most effective as it gets you maximum result and more feeedback at its instant interaction. Face to face meetings builds more confidence with clients and bonds stronger the relationship management with the company and its credibility is raised in cutomers giving long term business and loyality to the company

Your customer is like plants in your garden, they need to be taken care of so that your relationship with them will grow and lead to sales, Just like a plant needs water and fertilizer.Your client need your attention if you forgot to water your plant it might die, if you forgot to call/meet your client at the right time, you might lose a sale. On the other hand if you call /meet a client too much you might lose them as well.

Therefore I think its  a kind of balancing in the above mentioned standards, phone calls, face to face meetings as well as email correspondence, we cant ignore any of them, where all together lead to strong relationship with client.

Face to face meeting is more better to building confidence in relation ship because when you met face to face your comuniction is more strong than email or phone calls because during face to face communication it is more easy for customer to underatand you due to your gestur and the impact of your of your personality also influance as well as frankness level with customer aslso rise.

face to face meeting is much better rather than the email correspondence and phone calls. The reason behind that is u can make up from the customer face and way of talking what he wants from us
