If a project is compromised either on cost, time, quality or other objectives, will it still be called a successful project ?

The basic task for the project manager to achieve quality, economic and time wenghiar the success of the project is a good control on these three criteria

Conceptually, a successful project is the project which completed in time and on budget and achieved the sefined approved objectives.

I see that an exception should be made for innovative projects (projects done for the first time). For example the tunnel between England and France which is qualified to be an innovative project in my opinion. That project took more time and cost and still is a successful project.

companies afford the cost as well as the time dely but the Quality is not. The single thing which create the Quality Problems will reject the project in the companies who challange their Quality level at any postion.
