It's not actually a full time job, However it may begin to feel like that for those who get stuck in the process seemingly forever and face many rejections. Failure can result in an endless loop thus mimicing the feeling of a full time job because the individual has to have a go at it until they find satisfactory employment. Yes I think job hunting is a full time job till you find a job that you enjoy. I say this because job hunting consumes a lot of time and energy from one's day to day life as one have to search according to one's qualifications. This is tedious and takes a lot of time screening out jobs that you do not qualify by reading all the job requirements.
Yes I think its full time + overtime , job, now days its very difficult to hunt job as per desire and that too for an honest candidate.
