In this moderen era no need of hardcopies for documents as we have a vast offline options for soft copies / data bases / storage as well online. Now every document transfered and converted into soft format even i read on the social media that only8% currency of the world exist in physical shape (hard format) , rest currency is circulating in virtual shape.

Yes the hard copy can be relegated, digital documents save storage space and they are easy and faster to retrieve. However Documents managers need to be aware of the emerging changes in the technology used to digitize information. Being aware and up-to date will enable professionals to move with the trending systems so as to remain relevant.
