Here are some of the workouts:

-  Squats.

- Lunges.

- Back Extensions.

- Hyperextion.

- Deadlift.

- Superman.

- Bird- Dog.

- Plank.

 Ofcourse you should not forget the importance of stretching both before and after your workout.
