customer service like a loop there is no beginning or ending point a consistent flow of information either (delivered to) like the customer service policy or information about a company product or to be delivered back from the customer service as dept like the customers feed back or the customer satisfaction level about a a newly marketing product. this my notion in brief about customer service what is yours?
I am a customer also if i want to receive quality customer service treat everyone as if you are dealing and providing service to yourself.
Customer service department is:
Section to meet the needs of users of the customers and provide the best service to them to appeal to them.
customer is everything ,customer are pervileaged.always try to make good relation with tham inspite if seling product.we have to plan how we increase you are customer smiles and numbers of happy cutomer.
The customers are always right.
Customers are our first priority, they must be treated in a well developed manner, they must be convinced through our service which makes them promise to visit us again.
In our world everything depend on the costumer. That means that the costumer are privileged, but we have the right to set up our way to present and sell our products. The most important thing is that the costumer take always what she/he want, not just the feeling she/he does. That means we need to have a lot patients and understanding for our costumers and we should know where we are with our products and service. Probably we should make from time to time a research about our quality and satisfying our costumers and that is the job of our costumer service.
Customer need realistic solutions to issues and how quickly it get resolved to gain confidence on product and services. The saying ''CUSTOMER DETERMINE OUR SUCCESS'' should be uphold at all times.
