Taking the economic conditions into account the views of people vary. Some consider it as expense with not much to offer in terms of returns on investment. While others may view it as an essential investment for business recognition, development, expansion, clientele growth and promoting their products and services.

In order for the organizations to understand how it creates value for them Marketers need to show them promising results. One method to do this can be through evaluation and measurements in your marketing processes. The results can help the decision makers understand whether their marketing investments are in line with their organizational goals and objectives and benefitting them or falling short of promise.

The results can help us identify where we're falling short and where we're benefitting and this can provide us with a huge edge over our competitors as future investments can be controlled and adjusted accordingly and necessary cuts can be made where needed. This is just one approach.

i believe if marketing process fails to achieve target success it is an added cost and not an added  value.
