Good question and I have a very good answer for it

In my dealings with my clients, I have developed what I call the HELICOPTER APPROACH in which I can go as high as I want to see the total big pictue, and I can go as llow as I need to see the details of the trees wherever and whenver I need to do that.

This means I can weat the hat and speak the language of the executives when I deal with executives on high-level topics (my executive management consultancy services)  , and I can wear the hat and speak the language of the lower-level (working level) people on ptactical implementation aspects (professional services)

This requires good knowledge and experience and lots of flexibility to be able to change hats quickly and efficiently between the two levels !!
