Patient has chronic fibrillatio auriculae and stroke (haemorrhagia of pons), as well. Is it allowed to be given anti-coagulation treatment?

A patient with fibrilation is generally under anticuagulant therapy if not controlled regularly may be at bleeding risk,pons hemorrage is not common, but possible .in hemorragic state anti cuagulation therapy is contraindicated.
