Listen folks if you get to work in a globally recognized iconic company such as "GE", "LG", "Samsung", "Apple", "Google", "Amazon" just to name a few, money shouldn't be your only motivator. Like my wife says, you follow your passion and money will follow. In the early stages of your career (age groups of20-40) you are a "small fish in a big pond", but, after you are over40 years, you need to understand how you can become a "big fish in a small pond". What this means for analogy wise for folks that are not in the United States is that you need to evaluate the opportunity to work for a global conglomerate even at a low salary (sacrificing money in the short term) to gain the experience that you seek, so, you can negotiate for bigger salary in the later stages of your future.
