Ethical behavior, principles, morality and professionalism are the implicit authenticity and foundations of true and genuine professional people.

True and genuine professional people never compromise with ethical behavior, principles and morality under any circumstances.

Stooping low is immoral and is unprofessional.

You might succeed by stooping low but what kind of success is this?

For one timers and Fly by night businessmen only.

Take it as a challenge and follow the sales methodical steps and win every step by overcoming the concerns of the buyer to win. Do not miss any step until the goal is achieved. It requires effort, patience, smart moves and skills; and the outcome is long lasting. It gives self satisfaction of WINNING.

People who wish to take short cuts and believe in it mostly tend to take unethical ways compromising on moral values, skills and knowledge. This is the outcome of frustration and actually their long term weakness with different perception by winning over some deals. Believe me this does not last for long as such sales people development is stagnant and are bound for future failures.

How far to go? Well, till I reach a cross-point formed by two crystal clear lines: "ethics" & "common sense".

How low to stoop? Never! People who aim high by stooping low, end up falling & sinking deeper than what’s defined as “low”.

In Sales; the belief in your product/service should be so strong; so that you convey the same to the client; This is the first step for closing the sale. If you believe in your product then you can sell it.

If the need (concept) can be sold to the client in a proper way; you will not be looking at how low you can get to close the deal. Its your confidence that you portray to the client that this product/service is worth every dime and the value addition it brings. You have the sale.

Personally, I would never compromise on my integrity or self-respect. You can find another account or client but you can never regain your integrity. If you believe you could regain, you actually never really had integrity to begin with!
