5. Failure to give concrete examples of skills.
6. Over emphasis on money and reward.
7. Over smart.
For Interviewer:
1. Snap judgement (Tend to jump to conclusion)
2. Negative emphasis
3. Influence non verbal behaviour
4. Do not listen to the interviewee
5. Talking personal matter of interviewees
I can tell you from my experience that one of the top reasons is; Poor listening skills which results into disconnect between questions asked and answers given.
