SCRUM adds the following advantages to normal work methods: Instead of feedback being given at the end of the project, with SCRUM a quick meeting everyday between the developers and the stakeholders take place to discuss the obstacles faced in the previous day on assigned tasks as well as discuss tasks to be worked on that particular day, this gives the stakeholders opportunities to give their opinion which could be a positive or creative addition to the developers plan of work since these two entities (developers and stakeholders) differ in the way they prioritize, view and think about a task, developers can also assist each other or give their opinions on better methods to be used based on experience, facilitating all the obstacles is the scrum master's job, therefore the day starts with more focus on the task instead of how to solve problems associated with the task.
