As a Filipino worker and as a teacher by profession,people with disabilities should be treated fair and square.They deserve the highest level of respect in their respective community and must be trained properly to become independent. In other words,they should send them to school to boost their awareness and potential as unique individuals.The international community is aware of this and every country has its own programs how to handle this situation for both children and adults.
