If you were a judge, what punishments should there be for those guilty of discrimination?

I judge the culprit of this fault by paying an important ammende. To integrate him in an amosphere able to help him to change his ideas and this according to the type of the decrimination (religious, nationality or other ...)

il me serait obligatoire d'abord de mesurer la portée de la descrimination, ainsi que ses conséquences , et de là on pourra déterminer la peine à prévoir à mon avis ils devraient etre jugés en fonction de cela

I do agree Community Service is one punishment for reforming the person who is at guilt.

But I feel the punishment should be accordingly to the kind of discrimination he has committed or at guilty, if i am the judge I follow this principle and use my discrimination to act accordingly for the benefit of society.
