Actually these systems you mentioned have many enhancements and releases that are different in data rates. There are no maximum data rates, specially for the LTE and WiMAX, as they go over several enhancements in near future.

5G! This has not been released yet, even theoretical !

The max PS data rate for GPRS iskbps, EDGE, kbps, UMTS Mbps, LTE Mpbs but LTE advanced is on the way to achieve practically1 Gbps and5G is still under theory but as test Ericsson has achieved Gbps
