The Term Secretary in simple terms is defined as "SHADOW of the boss". His (The boss's) long vision about his department, company is indirectly reflected through his / her SECRETARY. Actually the SECRETARY is the mirror that reflects / talks about the message that the boss wish to convey to his employees. Such a SECRETARY will be the successful secretary who doesnt even need to be spoon fed.
