NGO environment is full of fun and commitment at the same time. Most of NGOs struggling finding the sponsors if not supported by the government.

I believe that some of them are neglecting the aim that they established for and only looking for money. Vice versa, you can see the most inspiring NGOs within the world who believe on what they do.

 

Personally I believe that each one of us has his own Mission……

Not exactly..It depend on individual to individual...Yes the purpose of organization is to serve people but it depend on individual wheather he joinned for better income and life style or serving humanity

In my opinion reaching out to fellow humans is a need felt by most of us at sometimes in life. when similar needed people come together its easy to collobarate on a common purpose.

Yes, actually non profit organization basically work for prosperity of common man. When people work for NGOs they have zeal to serve people with their own income. that is why non proft organizations feel more "mission driven"
