Staffing first is to provide goals to the members of the team. Cooperation makes the job fast and easy. If there is unity within the team, the personnel becomes motivated and reaches the goals they were given as soon as possible or even earlier. Thus, there will be high performance of the company.

To answer this in a simpe manner, allow me to explain my experience.

The simplest version will be the GOAL SETTING technique.

 - It's to input a goal to the Sales team and the first to achieve that gets a little extra incentive

       (not monetary)

 - And to achieve this, the market is segmented accordingly with Sales team put in a state of

        aggressive in a healthy competitive way.

 - The continuous cycle of producing newer targets and the deadlines are a the pressure points

    So inorder to effectively run this operation, proper sasles team operations guidance and help

    support must be readily available. (in other words, good team players)
