What's the difference between the American & the British style, when using the fork & knife?

Dining Etiquette is the same in all the countries. There should not be any differences.

Hospitality Rules say that consistency is a key to success. This is why we have standard rules and regulations, standards in service, standard recipes, etc. - no matter where you are - the USA or Europe.

I think they shouldnt have any differance 

but maybe and im not sure some american  carry the knife in the left hand and the fork in the right hand 

which opposit the normal
