I will be glad to post a layout or diagram to get proper answers. Normally, in BGP, an ISP's Autonomous System (AS) is a transit AS, which means it passes traffic (routes) back and forth between customers' AS. If you mean BGP multi-homed design with dual ISPs, let me know.
