Naturally, not everything can be written into a contract as we have to leave several details out in order to keep the contract less than10,000 pages!!

Therfore, when the project mamanger carries out the project work he/she is affected by the details, for example, the size of the truck that will carry the equipment will affect the delivery time (1,2 or3 deliveries), wherease the contract administrator considers the general contract terms and structure.

Accordingly, conflict will rise.
