The Hospitality Industry is tough, working with people has never been easy and indeed it is very stressful at times.

One thing you can do to reduce stress level at work is to make friends - either teamates, guests, clients, etc and communicate with them. It is proven that when you have a problem (stress) and you share with someone, it is easier to overcome the challenge.

Hospitality offers the unique possibility to meet amazing and interesting people every single day. By simply communicating with them, sharing, that reduces stress level.

Also, talk to your supervisors or managers about the problems you are having. if they are real professionals they will have a few tips and hints for you on how to deal with a dificult situation.

Furthermore, get out of your routine as often as possible. try to get involved into activities outside work and preferably outdoors - i.e. hiking, climbing, swimming, walks, etc.

Stress usually comes from work loads, deadlines, problems.

Put your stress factors on paper, that helps to organize, first do the things that can be solved easily, that gives you immediately less stress and a better feeling that you can cope with things

Stress, when we term this as a "our efforts with utmost constraints" is not an attitude behaviour that depicts our character. Stress is a situation where we are forced to accomplish certain amount of our performance with little choice given. In fact, this is otherwise can be looked into as "testing our insights" on how effectively we are carrying out the task and complete on time.

Peers and intellectuals and those corporate icons are being emphasizing the natural insights of every human who is about to perform within the given time. This is most apparently said to as "The Risk management" though the very stress does not construes the outcome from managing the risk oriented tasks but perhaps dealing in very realistic way to what improvements and developments are needed to beat the stress and infact called to as "Stress management'.. And so do we, need to see the ground situation of what really makes so annoying that eventually becomes stress and rest will be result.
